 In this small shop, you can find everything on behalf of gluten-free products, and the owner Hâdi bey is very helpful and interested. I would definitely recommend. My wife was able to eat ice cream with gluten-free cornet (ice cream cone) years later and she loved the bagel they made. Almost all gluten-free flour varieties exist

Prices seemed a bit expensive, but thank you for such a service anyway. This kind of increase in companies and manufacturers, hopefully the cost down jacket and prices are cheaper.
