 We bought an Arzum vacuum cleaner. The handle part of the hose cracked, it's been 10 months. They said it's not covered by the warranty. They give a 3-year warranty when buying and selling, then it's a fiasco.

They try to solve all kinds of problems of electronic home appliances, do they happen to be unable to solve them, but at least they offer solutions in a transparent way..recommended.
