Gloria Serenity Resort

It is our third day in the hotel and I guess by this time we had a chance to get know some more about it. To start, I would like to say that the first impression is very good. Everyone is very kind and helpful, especially at reception desk. Waiters mostly are also so. The biggest problem in my opinion is the concept of dinning process at the main restaurant. For me, taking into conaiseration all other „real” 5* hotels it is absolutely disaster. You literally have to queue for 10-20 minutes to get scrambled eggs. Later- very the same situation to get ham. And so on and so on… it is not only breakfast time problem of course. I guess because covid all meals are served by the same person which is cooking them at the same time. There is zero chance it could work well. Let me tell you if it comes to this part- i had never such bad expirience- feeling like homeless in the line forever to get one piece of whatever. With this price- unacceptable. At the end of the waiting of course your food is totally cold. Rooms are clean. All beverages in a good standard. Also staff is favouring several nationalities - if you are polish, german- be sure you wont be the one :) Hotel is clean, everything around kept in good contition. But general feeling just because a need to be annoyed three times a day- poor. At least it will be first time when i will come back slimmer :).

Did not stay overnight but did enjoy the restaurant and bar sue to working for a golf event company. Would go back.

One of my three best hotels ever. Fully recomended for golf players, but not only.

Amazing experience.. gorgeous beach, lovely gardens and forests.... and absolutely incredible two golf courses I played... and cycled around the huge resort made of three properties when wasnt golfing... Mert from guest assist was a WhatsApp away to help with anything ... continuously providing awesome dining options... rest of the team at restaurants and facilities was so supportive ..wish I could remember all names .. Yucel, Sezgin, and all, thanks for a really heavenly service.. felt like home in our garden villa... definitely coming back...

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Golf courses in excellent condition. Far too many names for thank you, but Murside stood out for us, She was very helpful.Dinkar Patel

Probably the best service I've ever had in all my trips to Belek. Staff are so courteous and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The attached golf courses and practice facilities are as good as anything else anywhere. A top, top holiday resort.
