Limak Limra Hotel & Resort

I and my friend are still at this hotel. An hour after the same thugs responded to the same problem, another fight broke out, and this time it escalated so much that the police intervened. The thugs are known and it is known that they repeat this every night and the management and the owners speak only well and in practice they are absolute zero. We have the stress of fighting at the disco every day, which is very awful. Tomorrow we will leave this hotel with very bad and awful memories and we will not look back

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we cannot fault it. We had a incredibly special time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anybody else looking for a great trip. The best part in particular was the staff, all of whom were friendly from the hotel receptionists, bag porters, bar tenders, very funny entertainment staff and the restaurant staff. To highlight an individual from the restaurant. Our waiter Suat took our stay to the next level, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. We also watched Suat carry this out on all of the tables he covered. We have been fortunate enough to have experienced many restaurants but have never received service as good as was provided at Limak Limra. If I had my own restaurant he would be running the place! We are already looking to book for another stay this year, due to a fantastic holiday :)

To start off, I am not sure how this hotel even classifies as a 5* hotel. The staff are very rude and are very abrupt. You will have a do not disturb sign outside your room but the cleaners will still enter. Cats are allowed in the buffet area, urinate there and also eat from the same buffet as yourself. Even strangers in Turkey will treat you better than Limak Limra's staff. When raised this issue to my holiday provider, the hotel ignored the issues stated and brought in their own issue which is pathetic. My holiday provider did not listen to my case either and closed my case. I am not the only one who feels this way. I met other guests in the hotel who also feel the same way about the hotel. The hotel replying saying that they are not aware of my visit to the hotel is very funny because I have proof of the occurrences that took place at the hotel. ??? . I was there 2 weeks ago so how are you saying you can’t find any records on what I am saying? I was told that Limak limra is a cat friendly hotel by your guest relations team hence why they can wander in the restaurant area of the hotel and do whatever. Talk about taking accountability ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

I stayed at Limak for 7 nights this February on a solo trip and I can definitely recommend it. The room and the facilities were clean and even out of season there was plenty to do. The food and drinks choices were also good, although I'd definitely recommend booking a la carte especially for better vegetarian / pescatarian options. The best thing about it though is certainly the service. I was made to feel very welcome & special throughout my stay with lots of personal touches. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Happy with the overall stay, rooms are a good size and it was cleaned/mini fridge restocked every day which was a nice touch. Food was to a decent level with different buffet food most nights. Downside is that there was no indication as to which Al a carte restaurant was open, and when it was open (ie - closed Thurs and Fri). If we knew that was the case we would've gone earlier in the week. Not a lot on overall, but it's not 'summer' season so to be expected however, there was nothing to notify the guests of any events that were on, such as the disco. We had to just stumble upon things. Staff were generally friendly and attentive, seemed that the busier it got the harder they found it so might be worth giving it a miss in peak period. the cats roaming around weren't an issue as they were pretty well behaved! It's worth a visit outside peak period!

Very nice hotel. Food is good, Could do with more variety of different types of food. Also expand deserts. Rest is all good. The family room I was in, the floor laminates are a bit worn, need replacing.

Hotel is good but the staff is not friendly at all. Most of the facilities are not operational. Like the Disco was closed when we visited. SPA timings are too short. Rooms aren't that bad. Ambience is fine but there has to he much more entertainment within the facility to keep the guests busy during their stay.

Lovely hotel with amazing views. Vegetarian food cannot be considered a vast range. However the servers at the individual restaurants are very accommodating and friendly. However, the same cannot be said for the reception in particular a gentleman named Halil who we dealt with several times and was utterly useless and extremely rude. Overall I would say his customer service was beyond shocking for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise enjoyed the experience and the hotel offers good value for money.
