Gazipasa Star Hotel & Apart

Everyone who works here makes the place incredibly welcoming. Fantastically relaxing and somewhere where you can feel completely safe. I really loved all the kittens running around and the genuinely great views from the top floors - it's close to a mosque so you get fab views especially at night when it's lit up. There are many many people who come back year after year, reporting that it's just not as good anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend going - I'm sure I'll end up back here next year!

Currently here now... breakfast is terrible wouldnt advice it for adults never mind children... nice size swimming pool if you can ever get a sun lounger due to towels being left there all.day and night... don't no why they bother hiring a maid as my bedding hasn't been changed once in 5 days... no clean towels.. had to pay extra for air conditioning fridge and safe... staff are rude except the bar tender he was the only friendly person here.. alot of Turkish here on their holiday who are extremely rude to Brits!! Overall our experience here has been terrible would never come back again

Not one for this moaning lark but, cleaners are s#$t. Been here for 5 days now they don't clean the room till after 6 pm ??? Never had this before you? My beer cans have been on the balcony for 5 days, have to ask for fresh towels and the only thing that has changed is the beds made. At least the weather / general hotel is nice☉??

Hotel was alright, the only good thing about it was the swimming pool and location However the hygiene of the rooms were poor, this includes the bed sheets and towels which had mud stains and dirt and I would Asks to change them you’ll jus get new towels which are dirty. Furthermore the cleaning routine is poor they barley clean the dirty toilets you are given and come at stupid times like evening. The receptionist lady is very disrespectful and the customer service is very poor they are rude to nearly everyone and give a lot of attitude. I strongly advice any one from the uk not to stay at this hotel due to the poor hygiene and poor customer service. The travel company should really check into this hotel instead of selling false packages to people.

Excellent family run hotel. Decor a little dated, but this is can be something easily changed I feel. Breakfast can definitely improve as not much hot food items. However, hotel did everything to cater for our needs so feel obliged to leave a five star review. Thank you very much everyone at Gazipasa! Will hopefully visit again in the future

Don’t be fooled by the reviews. Me and my family stayed here in September and were appalled with what we got. We arrived early hours of the morning only to be told air conditioning costed extra. As we walked into our prison cell we noticed the beds were like concrete and the heat in the room was intense. We had no choice but to pay for the air conditioning which was not even powerful. The next morning we went to breakfast and if your a fan of stale bread, the smell of hard boiled eggs and watered down juice then this is the place for you. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to avoid this place 100%. Receptionist is also a rude human being who only cares about you if you spend money, and also erases all negative trip advisor reviews to con people into thinking her hotel is worth the visit.

Service is an excellent from all the staff, food is superb. Poolside was lush. Very clean and tidy. Value for money. Nicely set back and ten minutes walk to the beach. Mehmet was amazing, adds a little extra sunshine to your day. Looks after from start to finish, even checked to make sure we got home safely. Nothing to much trouble from any of the staff. We went to relax and got exactly that. Thank you

The hotel is clean the staff are so very friendly. I can to Turkey for a long weekend and this hotel is the best I have stayed in Turkey. It’s a small friendly hotel and the staff go the extra mile to help you. I will definitely becoming back again soon. The owners are so friendly and are always on hand to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The low stars doesn’t give this hotel justice it should be at least a 4*
