Ramada Resort Side

GOOD: Too much variety in food. Free soft drinks in your room and at bar. Okayish Room Price per day. Swimming pool and other basic services are nice. BAD: Extremely far from everything "and I mean everything"!!!! (Cant emphasise much) No one delivers food here. No shuttle service. Only one bus comes and the frequency is very low. Its at the extremely corner place of the city and you are very away from everything. Cabs are quite expensive. Secondly food is aweful except breakfast. Hamams are quite expensive here. Best to do it from outside. Jacuzzi is charged too.

Family trip turned into a nightmare. The 1st room had a broken down toilet and the main door wouldn't lock. Because we checked in late we were told to wait until morning. The second room was much better but still with a few things wrong. The food is very mediocre nothing special. This "resort" is very rural so keep that in mind when booking. The gym was an absolute shambles. I refused my lad to work out because it was not safe at all. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. It needs doing up and more staff need to be around.

The food was really nice and the staff were welcome but i give this hotel resort 4 star hotel not 5 star as it says on the website. Also is good for family friendly but i would not pay more then £250 to £350 per person depending on season.Also needs to have more entertainment for guests and adults. Some of the prices of the tour should been more better and more better deals and the photographers were nice but the charges was a lot looking back on it i paid a lot for them. But in general is good for mini breaks from 4 to 7 days cant go wrong. The location was a quite far from the tours. Also Mr Ebrahim server from the bar and Mr Adam from shisha and guest engagement were 5 star .

The hotel is quite remote , so you need to use the local bus which is great and stops right outside or taxis. The hotel it self is clean & the staff are lovely. Food could be better & hotter, but you get what you pay for. In all its a good hotel for the price .

Not as advertised, re location, but the spa was fantastic 12/10 .hotel very clean, food cold/lukewarm, staff excellent, working very hard. Beach about 15 mins away walking, no transport when we were there, bar on beach not opened. Night entertainment not very good, and hotel very noisy. We upgraded to a superior room when we booked, but told that all rooms are the same! Well done the bar staff in the lobby very attentive.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The management was rude and unhelpful. The cleanliness of both room and outside was shocking. There were wasp nests on the balconies. The staff actually got sick of me complaining that they refused to let me back in my room after day 4. They booked me another hotel (at my expense). After returning back home and complaining to Ramada I found out this hotel is owned independently and ran how the owners want and not how Ramada would like. They just use the Ramada, effectively giving Ramada a bad name. Managed to get points as compensation from Ramada which equated to 5 nights free in a Ramada hotel in Dubai. Also managed to get back the extra money I paid for the hotel in Turkey from the travel agent. Would NEVER recommend Ramada Hotel in Side.

Are for the first time in this complex. The entertainment is very personal and everyone has fun, whether during the day or in the evening. Everyone should have visited the spa area. You can always find a nice meal in the buffet. The rating of Akphilip A; This guest was so drunk that he didn't even notice that he threatened management. Respect to the management who have remained very calm and professional. Neither a weapon nor a threat came from the hotel staff, they were just trying to do their job.

We spent a nice week as a family. From the reception to the food & drink everything was very nice. To the guest and the evaluation of Akphilip A; Unfortunately, we personally experienced this situation. It was glorious for my country. This person was drunk and rampaged around the room. The hotel staff came into the room to calm down this guest. The fact that the staff was armed or threatened the guest is not true. You just did your job. We felt very comfortable and safe through the behavior of the management as a family with children.
