Yardımcı olmalarını istedim sert bir ifadeyle sırayı geri alamadıklarını söyleyip kestirip attılar. Yeniden sıra aldım ve bekliyorum. İşlemim gerçekleşecek mi o da meçhul.
I've never met a bank that waited so long. 45 min waited queue did not come. I thought I'd take care of other things. When I came back, I saw that I missed a line with a person. I asked them to help you with a harsh statement that they couldn't get the order back and they cut it off. I'm back in line and I'm waiting. My transaction is unclear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şube muazzam derecede kolay ve basit yerdedir. Selçuk otogarından sonra Hükümet Binası ve akabinde de Belediye binası var. Bu binaları 150 metre kadar geçince yolun sağında bu şubeye ulaşabilirsiniz. Kredi kartımla gişe sıra numarası çabucak sıra geldi. Çok seri çalışıyorlar. Neredeyse hiç beklemedim diyebilirim. Tüm çalışanları tebrik ve takdir ediyorum. Başarılarınız daim olsun.
The branch is in place tremendously easy and simple. After the Selçuk bus station, there is the Government Building and then the Municipality building. You can reach this branch on the right of the road after 150 meters of these buildings. The counter queue number came quickly with my credit card. They work very fast. I can say I almost never expected it. I congratulate and appreciate all employees. May your success be permanent.

Çalışanlar ilgileniyor gibi gözüküyor fakat, ilgileniyorlar. 3 aydan beri basit bir mesele yüzünden bankaya gidip gelmek zorunda kaldım. Halende çözülmedi sorun... Üye is yerine pos cihazı ile çalışıyorum. Anlaştığım komisyon hiç bir zaman geçerli olmadı. Blokaj kaldırmak istedim mail çekiyoruz diyorlar. Bir çözüm oluşmuyor... Bu şubeden bana göre uzak durun.
Hello member, everything is very slow even at work. There's a huge wait. Employees seem interested, but they do. For three months, I had to go to the bank because of a simple matter. Still not solved the problem ... Member is working with the device instead of pos. The commission I agreed to was never valid. They say they are pulling mail if they wanted to remove the blockage. There is no solution ... Stay away from this branch for me.

Even one star is a lot because the staff seems to be working, it is not clear who is doing what, maybe I went 10 times to do a job.
