You call it 100 times, that many people don't open it 1 time. I've been calling for weeks, they have answered once, neither have the capacity to answer the question nor speak. They need to be inspected.

I have been calling at regular intervals for 1 month, but no one answers the phone! A public institution whose phone number is written and nobody answers the phone. There is no such service to the citizen.

Applications are definitely not concluded, you do not get any feedback, neither information to the government nor letters to the house, I have been calling for 1 month, the phones have not been answered once. I have never encountered such an unrelated institution.

Defalarca aramama rağmen telefonlara bile bakılmıyor. Aldıkları para gerçekten helal değil. Sadece orada yer işgal ediyorlar.
It cannot be reached in any way. I applied via e-State, the relevant unit shows here. But there was neither a reply nor a letter to me from here. Even after calling many times, the phones are not answered. The money they take is not really halal. They just occupy space there.
