★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konum olarak çok iyi. Özellikle Dörtyol'u gören ön cepheden daire alırsanız ilerleyen yıllarda önünüze başka bir apartman yapılma ihtimali sıfır. Biraz da yüksekten alırsanız portakal bahçesi ve deniz manzarası ile mest olursunuz. Müteahhit evde kaliteli malzeme kullanmış. Çok geniş değil. Bloklar halinde yapıldığı için daha yarım. Çevre düzenlemesi, havuzu vs daha yapılacak. İlerleme hızına bakarsanız daha epey yapılmayacak gibi duruyor. İki yıldızı da yıllardır bu tamamlanmayışından kırdım.
Very good location. Especially if you buy an apartment from the front facade that sees Dörtyol, there is no possibility of building another apartment in the coming years. If you take it a little higher, you will be enchanted by the orange garden and the sea view. The contractor used quality materials at home. It is not very wide. It is half more because it is made in blocks. Landscaping, pool etc. will be made more. If you look at the speed of progress, it seems that it will not be done much more. I have broken both stars from this incomplete for years.
