★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 yaş altı olduğum için ziraat mobil hesabımı görüntüleyemiyordum bu yüzden müşteri hizmetlerini aradım bana şubeye veliyle gidip şifre alabileceğimi söylediler ben de gidip almayı denedim ama orada veznedeki kadın ben daha 2 kelime etmeden alamazsınız diyip gönderdi ondan sonra tekrar müşteri hizmetleri ile konuştum müdürün yanına çıktım müdüre müşteri hizmetlerindeki adam sizle konuşmak istiyor dediğimde biz müşteri hizmetleri ile konuşmayız dedi direkt sonra zor bela konuşturttum müdür konuştuktan sonra benim işlemimi yapmaya başladı ondan sonra veznedeki kadın geldi biz bu işlemi biliyoruz ama yapmıyoruz dedi ben de müşteri istedikten sonra yapmak zorundasınız dedim hayır biz yapmıyoruz dedi kısaca küçük bir bölgedeki tek banka oldukları için müşteriye ne isterlerse onu yutturuyorlar.
I couldn't view my Ziraat mobile account because I was under the age of 18, so I called customer service and they told me that I could go to the branch with a parent and get the password, so I tried to go and get it, but the woman at the cashier said that you can't get it without saying a word and sent it to me, then I spoke to the customer service again, I went to the manager and asked the customer. When I said that the man at the service wanted to talk to you, he said we can't talk to the customer services, and then I made him talk to the customer service. Since they are the only bank in a region, they make the customer gobble whatever they want.
