 They brought the furniture to the assembly one and a half months ago. They forgot the big headboard. They hold it for 1 and a half months that we are bringing it today. I regret getting it. If your home is not close to İnegöl, I would definitely buy it.

Satın almış olduğumuz Zenit yatak odasının aynalı şifonyerinde yerel satıcının (yetkili bayi değil) ustasının montajı eksik yapmasından kaynaklanan deformasyon olmuştu. Durumu kendilerine iletince en kısa sürede hasarlı parçaları sağlamları ile ücretsiz değiştirdiler.
The products are very good quality and nice. In the mirror dresser of the Zenit bedroom which we bought, the deformation of the local dealer (not the authorized dealer) was caused by the lack of assembly of the master. As soon as the condition was communicated to them, they replaced the damaged parts free of charge.

Hayatımda ne mobilya ne de başka Bi ürün mağazasında böle Bi müşteri hizmeti ve saygısızlık görmedim. 60 yaşındaki Anneme " Bi masa almak için inegöl e mi gelinir, aklınız başınıza gelsin diye sizi üç kat çıkardım" sözü beni çıldırttığı andı. Babam kalp hastası olduğu için yanında çok uzatamadım ama birileriyle tartışmak kadar çirkin Bi durum içine düşürdüler. saygısızlık zincirinin halkalarından sadece biriydi bu. Ürünleri iyi olsa ne olur kötü olsa ne olur. Sürekli dalga geçerek ve aşağılayarak altü üstü Bi masa gösterdi. Gerekli tüm şikayetlerimi yapacağım.
I took my mom and dad to buy a dining table today. I have not seen Bi customer service and disrespect in my life neither in furniture nor in another Bi product store. The 60-year-old mother said, "Would you come to inegol to buy a table? Since my father had heart disease, I couldn't stretch it with him, but they got into an ugly situation as much as arguing with someone. It was just one of the rings of the chain of disrespect. What if their products are good, what if bad. Continuously making fun and humiliating, Bi showed a table. I will make all my necessary complaints.

My sofa set was delivered to Istanbul today on the date it was in the contract. Since it is a heavy set, the crane called the elevator without any risk and was taken to the room that way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakın bulasmayın. Satarken öve öve bitiremedikleri koltuk takımı 2 ayda bozuldu. Malın arkasında da durmadılar. 2 aylık koltuk dusunurseniz alis veris yapabilirsiniz.
Do not find it. The sofa set, which they could not finish while selling, broke down in 2 months. They did not stand behind the goods either. If you consider a seat for 2 months, you can shop.
