Yalnızca bir kere giydirdik,fakat üst kısmı gayet güzel bol ve ferah olmasına rağmen, bacak kısmı çok dar oldu ve tulumu çıkardığımızda bebeğimizin bacaklarında çıtçıt izleri çıkıp, kızardığını gördük.
Mağazaya şikayet ve değişim amaçlı götürdüğümüzde bebeğin kilolu olabileceğini söylediler, fakat bebeğimiz gösterdiğimiz de ölçülerini görünce onlarda tuluma bakıp kaldı. Şirketle irtibata geçileceğini söylediler. Aynı gün içinde bize gelen mesajda firma, tüm dünyaya ihraç edilen üründe böyle bir tek şikayet dahi olmadığını belirtmiş.şikayetimizi bireysel olarakta şikayetvar. Com aracılığı ile iletmemize rağmen ne cevap var ne çözüm..tüketici olarak bize cevap verme tenezül etmeyen bu firmadan bir daha alışveriş yapmam.çevremdeki insanlarında yapmaması için elimden geleni yaparım

When we took it to the store for complaints and change, they said that the baby might be overweight, but when we saw the measurements we showed, they looked at the overalls. They said the company would be contacted. In the message sent to us on the same day, the company stated that there is not even a single such complaint in the product exported to the whole world. Although we convey it via Com, there is neither answer nor solution .. I will not shop again from this company that does not respond to us as a consumer. I will do my best to prevent people around me.
