An institution that is far from professionalism. It is a stingy institution that demands me the fee for the courses I could not attend due to febrile illness and travel because I had to get a report. Even though I informed them as soon as my travel program became clear, I could not go because of a fever, and as soon as I notified them, they wanted to ignore my 8 lessons and renew their membership. They stated that this was the case because it was a group lesson, but I mentioned that such a situation was not notified to me. If it had been mentioned at the beginning, I would not accept it because I already had a traveling job and would have directed one to one lesson. They were only able to apologize if I asked that I didn't know about this situation and asked them to find alternative solutions. Come to the lessons that remain human, but from now on let's plan our program accordingly, it offers a simple solution. They acted as if I did not enjoy it and as if I said I could not come 5 minutes before the lesson. However, I acted thoughtfully and informed beforehand, I did not go to the lesson to tell other pregnant women or anyone during the illness (I didn't have anyway). In return, there can be no such unprofessional behavior, not acceptable !!! Although I think positively about Merve, who gave her pregnant pilates, unfortunately, one person cannot save the event.
