Aksine eleştiriye açık bir müessese ise bu yorumdan sonra kendilerini öz eleştiriye çekmeleri. Gördüm ki, olumsuz yorumların hiç birisine dönüş yapılmamış... İki ablam yıllardır bu kuaförden hizmet alırlar. (Yani tavsiye üzerine) Kızımın saçlarını berbat ettiler, bir kaç gün sonra eşim tekrar götürdü ki hata telafi edilsin diye. Şu kadarını söyleyeyim, teknik ressam olarak ben daha güzel ve daha kaliteli bir işçilik çıkartırdım. Maalesef hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.
My purpose in writing this review is not to disparage a business, slam it, or make their business go wrong. On the contrary, an institution open to criticism is that they draw themselves into self-criticism after this interpretation. I saw that none of the negative comments were returned... My two sisters have been getting service from this hairdresser for years. (So on advice) They messed up my daughter's hair, a few days later my wife took it back to make up for the mistake. Let me tell you this much, as a draftsman, I would have produced a better and higher quality workmanship. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla tavsiye etmem. Bugün ilk defa gittim ve bin pişman oldum. Saçımı kestikten sonra taramaya bile zahmet etmediler. Eve gelip kendim tarayıp(!) saçlarımın arasından çıkan uzun uzun kesilmemiş telleri görünce iyice tepem attı. Bu kadar baştan savma iş yapılmaz, çalışanlar ayrı Mehtap hanım ayrı özensizdi. Para alıyorsunuz o parayı da yiyorsunuz, yazık.
I would never recommend. I went for the first time today and I regretted it a thousand times. They didn't even bother to comb my hair after I cut it. When I came home and combed (!) myself and saw the long uncut strands coming out of my hair, I was totally offended. Such a sloppy work is not done, the employees, apart from Mehtap, were sloppy. You get money, you eat that money too, it's a shame.
