We sent our carpet about a month ago and it came back as it was with the stains. When we called and sent it again, it came over the same stains again, in dust! They must have kept it outside and brought it back! I'll never send it again.

The carpets come as they go, I sent the carpets that I sent for washing to be washed to another place after I arrived, both you lose time and you pay money. I would never recommend.
