★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavabo temiz değildi. Bala tarafından gelince ilk düzgün akaryakıt istasyonu olduğu için kalabalık oluyor dolayısıyla tuvaletlerde sıra olabiliyor ve temiz olmayabiliyor.
 The sink was not clean. Coming from the Bala side, it is crowded because it is the first proper fuel station, so there may be queues in the toilets and it may not be clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat.... Nereden başlasam bilmiyorum. Klozetlerde dönerek değişen naylon kılıf yok, baş edemedikleri için sökmüşler. Tuvalet kağıtları yok. El yıkamak için lavaboda su yok, biri kapatmış. Bebek bakım ünitesi yok. Uyarı yapınca su ve tuvalet kağıdı sorunu çözüldü ama diğer sorunların çözümü için umudum yok. En azından kibar ve dürüst cevap verdiler.
It sucks.... I don't know where to start. There is no changing nylon cover on the toilet bowls, they took it off because they couldn't cope. No toilet papers. There is no water in the sink to wash hands, someone turned it off. There is no babysitting unit. When I made a warning, the water and toilet paper problem was solved, but I have no hope for the solution of other problems. At least they answered politely and honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personelin tavrı iyi değildi, zorla satış yapıyor gibi davrandılar. Akşam geç saat olmasına rağmen sıra bekledik. Ayrıca lavabo ve tuvaletler oldukça kirliydi. Tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Söylememize rağmen ilgilenilmedi.
The attitude of the staff was not good, they acted like they were force selling. Even though it was late in the evening, we waited in line. Also the sink and toilets were quite dirty. There was no toilet paper. Even though we told them, we were not taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sexistiskt kösystem, kvinnor fick vänta utanför i kylan medan män tilläts gå in i värmen och vänta och gå före i kön. Väntan ledde fram till riktigt snuskiga toaletter.
Sexist queuing system, women had to wait outside in the cold while men were allowed to go into the heat and wait and go ahead in the queue. The wait led to really filthy toilets.
