Express Rafting

реально крутое приключение на волшебно красивой реке. рекомендую брать на прокат неопреновые костюмы так как вода в реке холодная. персонал фирмы профессионалы своего дела и сделают ваше путешествие весёлым, незабываемым. в общем это сто процентов не зря прожитый день, который вы будете вспоминать долгие годы. мы кстати покупаем это приключение уже 4й раз. берём байдарку. жаль что нельзя уровень сложности увеличить.

A fuir!!! Une récupération à 9h pour voir la première chose à 11h45. Ils ont mis 45min de coordination pour savoir où caser chaque vache (touriste). Il ne faut pas être presser 9h « d’activité »pour voir le canyon et le théâtre. Si on pose des questions personnes ne parle anglais…Personnes non plus pour donner des informations en anglais. Veuillez apprendre le russe ou l’allemand avant de commander. En prime si vous le souhaitez vous pouvez participer à l’environnement en absorbant les fumées des moteurs!! Mal de tête garanti!!

Very bad arrangement. Rafting takes only 1,5-2 hours , all the rest time (9-00 till 17-30) is road (from Side) and waiting waiting waiting at 40 degrees around ... crazy. Stupid jokes. And asking for money.. everywhere and always. Water 0,5ml (as well as all other non- alcoholic drinks) is 2 euros. So don’t forget to take it with you.

Most primitive trip I have ever experienced. Organizators are full of negative behaviors which are not welcomed for any civilized man. They actually disrespect the client and doesn't even consider European standards... What they do while the trip is called assult as it is against your will.

The rafting was great but organisation of the whole event was a disaster. Rafting takes about 4hrs, but we depart from hotel at 9am and we get back at 5pm. So where does this missing time foes? On our 40mins bus tour there was 20 mins stop to buy some junk, then we arrived at main camp, 30mins of total chaos before someone told us what is next. So we were debriefed to buy rafting shoes 5eur, take helmets and go to the same bus we just disembark. Few minutes of ride later we were told to do body rafting in very cold river, despite pontoons were 100meters ahead. Ok then we do rafting which was great but then there was forced stop to buy some beverages, 30mins later we were finnaly on river again. Rafting was great then, but another forced stop came by: „lunch included” So we sat around table, wet, cold, hungry but there was no food because they „need” to sell beverages. Overall, there is hudge potential in this but overall experience is total ripoff. If any owner is reading this I would recommend going with all inclusive option and quit that attempts of selling junk, sell that for 20eur, give beverages for free and everyone would be happier. By the way on a way back of course there was a forced stop as well.

I really do not recommend this travel agency to anyone, and I will explain why: First of all, the trip with the car took so long because we had long stops: 1. to buy things from shops. In the car was so hot, the air conditioning was barely working, so many people in the car (no restrictions about corona). 2.We arrived in a place where we had to buy shoes, to rent vests and safety helmets, after that we went to the car again, in order to go to the river. This stop took about an hour, we stayed in the sun at queues. In that place, the toilets were impossible to use, no water, no soap, extremely dirty. We finally arrived at the river. It was a shock for me, no one announced us, we had to cross the river to go the boat, it was extremely extremely cold. (There was a possibility to go on land, but they took us through the river) The guide kept asking us if we wanted to drink, to eat, even mentioning that we payed for it. Of course, we thought that drinks were included in the price. In the end, he came to us and he started calculating everything we consumed, but what shocked me was his reply: "Where is my tips?". What is worst is the primitive behavior of the guide, the staff in general. I couldn't enjoy the landscapes at all because it was a constant stress: they threw us into the water, the other guides overturned the boats, you were actually forced to throw yourself into the ice cold water. They don't care about what people want, they throw you in the water, make you feel embarassed if you don't want to. Lunch was a disappointment, a piece of skewer, more we were not allowed, with salad. Rafting is a great experience, but definitely not with these people. There are so many wonderful landscapes, so be careful who you choose because they can ruin this experience.

Ignore the negative reviews. These guys provide a fantastic day out in a beautiful area. People moaning about having to pay for shoes and drinks should have taken water and a decent pair of shoes. Shoes 5 euro Drinks 2 euro Photos 4 euro Lunch FREE. Its NOT expensive and they don't make you buy these things. If I ever go back to Antalya I would use this company again and they cater for families with young children. My 5 year old loved it. Our captain, 'Big poppa' made sure we were all safe and kept us all laughing. Highly recommended.
