★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağazadan ürün aldım. Kurulum yeteri kadar açık olmadığından yanlış kurulumdan ürün kullanılmaz halde. Önce mağaza müdürü arayacak sizi dediler. Aramadı. Müşteri hizmetleri direkt marka ile goruseceksiniz dedi. Marka ile görüştüm, tüm stoklar evidea tarafından alındı dediler. Evidea asla ilgilenmiyor. Hata sizde diyor. 1.600 TL şu an çöp. Siz halledin verin kullanayım diyorum. Yok siz yapacaksınız diyor. Mağazanın önünden geçilmeli. Siz müşteriyi mağdur eden bir firmasiniz.
I bought the product from the store. The product is unusable due to incorrect installation because the installation is not clear enough. They said the store manager will call you first. He didn't call. Customer service said you will contact the brand directly. I talked to the brand, they said all stocks were taken by evidea. Evidea is never interested. It says it's your fault. 1.600 TL is garbage right now. I say let me use it. No, he says you will. You must pass by the store. You are a company that victimizes the customer.
