★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.5 yıl önce aldığım Tefal tenceremi ürün tabanında oluşan soyulmalar sebebiyle bu servise iade ettim, bir ay sonra sms ile haber verdiler ve yeni seri ürün teslim ettiler.
 I returned my Tefal cookware, which I bought 1.5 years ago, to this service due to the peeling of the product base. A month later, they informed me via sms and they delivered a new series of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok güvendiğim Tefal markasından aldığımız ütü hakkında şikayetimden dolayı bu yetkili servise başvurduk. Ürünü birkaç gün sonra almaya gittiğimizde görüştüğümüz görevli kadın personelin oldukça ilgisiz ve kaba davranışlarına maruz kaldık. Sorunumuzu çözmek yerine ütüyü elimize verip "Ne yaparsanız yapın" diyerek bizi gönderdi. Tefal markasına yakıştıramadığımı belirtmek isterim.
We applied to this authorized service because of my complaint about the iron we bought from Tefal brand, which I trust very much. When we went to buy the product a few days later, we were exposed to the rather indifferent and rude behavior of the female staff we talked to. Instead of solving our problem, he gave us the iron and said "Whatever you do" and sent us. I would like to state that I do not like the Tefal brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fön makinamı garanti kapsamında yatırmıştım, sonra kademesini tek kademe yaptıklarını fark ettim. Bir kaç ay sonra yine gittim ve komple yaptırdım. Ilgililer iyiler. Küçük ev aletleri de satıyorlar.
I deposited my blow dryer under warranty, then I realized that they made the level in one step. A few months later I went again and had it completely done. Those involved are fine. They also sell small appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ braun yetkili servisi deyip 50 km kocaeliden 2 kere git gel yaptım(yaktığınız yakıta yazık) 2 bin liralık traş makinesi modeli eski parça eksik deyip yapmadılar yeni cihaz al dediler.kocaeliye dönüşte hasbelkader girdiğim bi elektrikçide lehim işiyle makine çalışır hale geldi servis diye aldanıp zaman kaybetmeyin.
I said Braun authorized service and went to 50 km from Kocaeli 2 times (pity for the fuel you burned). .
