 Whether it's the vehicles or the staff, they are all very good and tolerant vehicles, nice and well-maintained, if you think I will not have a headache, you should choose Europcari until you prefer ordinary rentgarcilar because they really do their job, thank you very much, respect to all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Обман на каждом шагу! Бронировал авто через Rentalcars.com. На сайте был указан безлимитный пробег! По факту 400 км( Я заранее звонил и менеджер сказал что все условия как на сайте. Когда я сказал что в планах немного больше пробега, менеджер перестал меня совсем понимать )! а на мой вопрос по поводу возврата денег сказал обращаться туда где платил ( я через интернет бронировал) теперь буду пробовать вернуть деньги((( но в это не верю
Deception at every turn! Booked a car through Rentalcars.com. Unlimited mileage was indicated on the site! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you rent a car for a few days, go and order it from the locals, they have cheaper prices. In case you want car for more than 3 weeks you can look here. Just in case, right now the price for 3 days 45 EU and from locals we got it for 28 EU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never an answer on the phone when trying to book through hotel so booked online in the end. Europcar app showed wrong location on the map, wasted time and money on taxi to change to the correct location. Guy in office was not interested at all in the problem with the app and extra cost and probably the least service oriented person I met in Turkey, which I always found very friendly. Car new and an uncomplicated rental though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not too happy. The car was alright, with a few optical damages. There were no technical issues. We had a Fiat Egea, which was good enough for the hills towards Beysehir.
Delivery was on time. However, other than told in before, fuel tank was less than half; booked was Full-Full. Thats despite the fact that a Shell was close to our hotel. The RSA didn't accept AMEX, while it was booked through an Amex credit card. Further, we did not receive an oversight of the damages on the car. Neither was there any kind of confirmation after returning the vehicle, nor was there an invoice.
With all that being said, the most important things worked well - on time delivery and a well car as booked. However, the service around the rental could've been way better.
