Çalışanlar ne kadar da yardımcı olmak istiyor gibi gözükselerde ve botların iade formunu doldursalarda sonuç olarak deichman'dan bana gelen cevap botların fabrikasyon hataların olmadığı bana iletildi. Acaba yolda yanlış mı yürüdüm botlar bir ay bile dayanamadı? Deichmann dan alışverişi kesinlikle tavsiye etmem paranızı daha düzgün bir mağazada harcayın.
I bought a winter genuine leather boot from Deichmann Alanya branch, one of the most expensive products in the department. After 20 days, the sole of the boot opened and started to take in water. I brought it back to the shop. No matter how much the employees seem to want to help and fill out the return form for the boots, as a result, the reply I received from deichman was conveyed to me that the boots were not fabricated. I wonder if I walked wrong on the road, the boots did not last even a month? I would definitely not recommend shopping from Deichmann, spend your money in a better store.
