★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not refund deposit money of $AUD 500 (2000 TLR) after 8 weeks of returning the car, informing there is issues with transferring money to Australia, and then stopped responding to my email.
I had to find an old friend in Turkey to call them everyday for 1-2 weeks to finally return the deposit money to his account.
Poor service from Europcar. I advise not to rent car from this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After landing in Kayseri someone was supposed to wait for us in front of the terminal building. As we landed 20 minutes ahead of the schedule, we thought we should wait until the worker will come to us. We waited about 1,5 hour and tried to reach them by phone (we paid 7 euro for calling, no one answered), we asked other company to check what's wrong. It turned out the guy was expecting us to call (instead of waiting as it was written in the reservation), we still need to wait for him as we were told he is on his way. Two kilometers took about 30 minutes for him. Then we took the car and it turned out it has only 1/12 of the tank. We were on a rush and still needed to go to gas station (reservation was full to full). I highly disadvice this company.

Attention careful…
Having rented to my travel agency an all inclusive car (Kayseri Erkilet Airport) with insurance and without any deductible (being the superior value for that reason), delivery after hour (the flight always arrives with the rent a car closed, (if you pay more), personal accident insurance included, pick up of the vehicle in Kayseri and delivery to Izmir airport, no km limit, with GPS included, we encounter the following situations on arrival:
1 - Everything was closed and finding the agent was complicated (we are talking at 23h), because no one was waiting for us, having had the local help of a guide who called and there appeared the individual who eventually transported us from the airport. Europcar booth is about 15 minutes away.
2 - Here began all the complication. As soon as they checked the voucher, they first presented us with a rental document with contractual changes at all;
a) They wanted us to pay extra insurance because we had done the same at the agency and had to do another locally. They wanted us to go beyond what we already had, the insurance for breaking glass, headlights and tires, conclusion over 236.00 €. Having refused I spoke to my agent who in exchange for conversation and after much enjoyment and lack of professionalism of those present, was the next day to contact Europcar to solve the problem. Even the delivery of the car in Izmir would have to be paid separately when it was already included in the price.
b) They made us pay the same insurance otherwise we did not leave. They also made us sign the contract in Turkish clauses for which we had no explanation (they only said that everything would be resolved the next day).
c) As for the GPS was not included. If we wanted it we would have to pay another 63.72 €. Obviously we didn't bring it and I can say that we got along well with Maps.me, offline.
d) The explanation of the car was equal to nothing. Dirty car inside, no water to wash the windows and the luggage compartment with problems.
e) After finishing before the departure we still had to pay the deposit, which according to our agent would be worth about 300.00 €, but pledged, not raised, were pledged until delivery of the vehicle.
f) There we went to our destination which was still 45 minutes away from this location. We did all our tours without telling us what the tolls were like. In Turkey cars have a type of sticker that allows them to ride on the motorways. There is no way to pay. We are always afraid of having problems with the police. (To be said is of great sympathy and help).
g) When we tried to deliver the vehicle to Izmir, we had problems again because at the airport a card is required to enter the park, which was not explained or provided to us. After a series of adventures there we managed to deliver the same, where I can say we were well received and had no problem.
h) Already in our country we found that the said bond had not been pledged but raised, which is serious and crime. This happened at the beginning of October and I can say that after several attempts by the agent in question and the insistence on our part through telephone and email, they only returned us the value (of course without the costs of the euro lira we paid nor their taxes) on the 5th of December.
Be careful with this agency is the least we can say. But we must also mention the lack of attention on the part of EUROPCAR. To this day we have received no explanation for the letters sent, no dozens of phone calls (just operators, no decision-making power), no apology for making us go through all this torment. Europcar, for our part, never again…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted time at the airport and on calls
After landing at the airport early, waited and searched for anyone with a Europcar board for about 20 minutes. Next, called their office using roaming on my phone and was told someone will be there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called back and was told to wait 2 more minutes (more like 10) as someone was washing the car. Once we were picked up, no apology was offered and we were given a scratched up car with close to 0 gas in (flashing empty). It wasn't a europcar marketed car, but from one of the other rental companies which run from the same office, despite booking as europcar. Went straight to the gas station to fill up and of course returned with over half a tank what with being unfamiliar with the tank and consumption levels. Wish i'd used one of the companies like avis in the terminal building and paid a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with Europcar in Kayseri! There was an issue with my card that was both a credit and debit card (they only accept pure credit cards) but the person that welcomed us showed some flexibility and offered us an alternative solution, so that we could enjoy the car we booked. Everything went smoothly in the end. Only one thing worth mentioning: the agency is not located in the airport so you should give them your flight information in advance if you don't want to waste time upon arrival.
