We took the TV, they repaired it at a reasonable price. So they didn't break the fault. They were fast. In general, I found the interests of interest to be positive.

They buy my friend's iron that does not fully descale and sell a new iron at a supposedly affordable price. Iron is 20 TL more on the internet. In short, teacher, your boiler is dead logic.

Philips Tanıtma ve Kullanım Klavuzu eki Tüketicinin Seçimlik Hakları bendi madde (4): Arızalarda kullanım hatasının bulunup bulunmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonları, yetkili servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması halinde sırasıyla, malın satıcısı, ithalatçısı veya üreticisinden birisi tarafından mala ilişkin azami tamir süresi içerisinde düzenlenen raporla belirlenmesi ve bu raporun bir nüshasının tüketiciye verilmesi -zorunludur- dendiği halde tamire almadıkları ürünü raporlamıyorlar. Ürünü özenli kutulayıp teslim etmiyor ve zorla çalıştırılıyor havası sezdiriyorlar. Hizmet vermenizi beklemiyorum çünkü ürünlerinizin arkasında duracağınız Çin Malı ürüne sahip bir marka bile değilsiniz. Elinde ağır ürünle gelen birisinin nezaketen kapısını tutma zahmetinde bulunmanız insani görevdir ve üstelik gülümsemek zorunda da hissetmeyin bunu yaparken.
Despite Philips shouting, 2-year home service warranty service is not even offered in this city. Item (4): Determination of whether there is a usage fault in case of malfunctions, by authorized service stations, in case of absence of an authorized service station, by a report prepared by the seller, importer or manufacturer of the product within the maximum repair period, respectively. and a copy of this report is said to be given to the consumer -it is obligatory- but they do not report the product they have not repaired. They do not pack and deliver the product with care, and they make it seem like they are forced to work. I don't expect you to provide service because you are not even a brand with a Made in China product that you stand behind your products. It is a human duty to take the trouble to hold the door of someone who comes with a heavy product, and besides, you don't have to smile while doing it.
