★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented kia rio, fresh car. No issues, no hassle. Great guys, took us to terminal 2 after we returned the car, our flight was from there. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Europcar office/service :(
Our flight was delayed and arrived 15 min before Europcar office closed, we tried to inform the office but they had no attention of helping so we rushed out. We had reserved Car from home using our Visa debit card but apparently Visa debigt is not accepted at Antalya Europcar office (even though allowed/used in Mallorca & Greece Europcar office) and only visa/mastercard credit creditcards are allowed. Anyway, they had no intention to help and we had to leave with no car making us stranded in Antalya :(
Shame on Europcar Antalya office - please improve service!!!
Suggestions:
* My friend had Mastercard credit that could have been used, but office claimed it was not allowed since creditcard was used in their car rental
* The europcar app could have provided an option to pay office
* A cash option could have been provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your company unreasonably debited money from my credit card after we returned the car and signed all the documents, and everything was in order !!! The next day, after my departure, the money was withdrawn without warning, claiming that there was not enough gasoline, although when returning the car, the company employee confirmed that everything was the same as at the beginning of the car rental. The company does not respond to supporting documents that we do not owe anything and the company does not return money !! and this is your level of service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rent a car from 25/09/2021 to 04/10/2021 at the desk. Everything seems to be OK. They gave me a smaller car that I want but it was not a big problem.
First problem I gave them my credit card (it was written on the card) because debit card is not allowed be careful. But my "french credit card doesn't work" so the amount had been withdrawn and not blocked. 1500 TL (145€)
They told me that the amount had to be returned within 20 day.
I brought back the car the 03/11/2021 on the evening. We made the check out and everything was Ok. I gave back the car full. One week after before my flight back I asked and they told me to wait 20 days.
So as you expect we are 42 days after.... and still nothing. Finally receive a part of my deposit : only 107 € after sending an email.it was fast but I lost 40euros so i m waiting for the rest of the money.
