The cat litter wasn‘t proper cleaned and it was spread all over the carpet in their boxes. I know cats like to scrape in their litterbox but as you are taking care of them, you‘re supposed to clean up after them. The fur was also very dirty and sticky with excrements, stray cats are cleaner than they were. The boxes were also full of dead insects like bees and flies. Under the cats was a terrarium for a hamster. Didn’t spot the hamster but a lot of insects and excrements. Disgusting.
