I have come across almost all of the guides and quality people in the guests. All of them are wonderful in the cities they tour in their fields, and the captains are very understanding. Our guide Mrs. Filiz?We had a wonderful tour with Ms. Filiz, who is so friendly, listens to everyone, solves problems instantly, explains every inch of the land we step in, and takes her to the best places from shopping to food. luck, good luck ?

We participated in Adana Orange Blossom Festival and Mersin tour at the weekend. It was a tour of about 90 people with 2 big buses. They just helped us get to and from safely. There was a constant lack of communication. The Adana Chef restaurant they arranged for dinner was a complete disgrace. They couldn't put cutlery on the table because it was dirty. they brought the dishes and desserts on disposable foam plates, the service was disastrous, I have never bought such bad service in my life. Did the tour company have to take 2 big buses to dinner at the same time, or to the same restaurant? Everywhere there is a hustle and bustle, I am not satisfied at all. The hotel we stayed in the same evening was freezing cold, we froze in the heat of Adana Mersin. Air conditioners were not working, no blankets. We wrapped ourselves in the pike and tried to warm up. Alcohol was consumed in the next bus, there was inappropriate behavior, and there was a constant exchange of passengers between the two buses. We still enjoyed the tour as we participated in the tour as a group, but I would definitely not buy this tour myself again, nor would I recommend it. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience for us.
