The hospital seems fancy, and the doctors know what they are doing, however, most of the employees there do not treat people with kindness and respect. A tip from me : be rude to them so they respect you. I know this rule is very wrong, but there is no other way for them to show some human decency.

Stay away this hospital, if your patient goes to ICU they will charge you $1500 daily and plus.also they don't allow you to see your loved one.

Avoid avoid avoid if you’re an international patient Very badly run hospital. Maybe I shouldn’t call it hospital; it an expensive hotel managed by incompetent staff My dad had cancer and we were paying privately but the service was very bad Every appointment was delayed by at least two hours Doctors have no sympathy and are very dull ignoring the psychological support the cancer patients need instead they will make you wait for hours and torture you They speak no English If you need something sorted you need to chase it every day otherwise forget about it Translation of the reports took more than a month CT report was rubbish and I had to pay for it to be reported again in a different hospital If you have a simple illness like toothache this hospital is ok. But I’ll not trust them in anything else

Fraud Hospital, awful Stuff, bad translators, no patient specially to International Patients from Somalia, Pakistan, and African Countries. they are charging $4000 just for MRI scan for my people Somalis, while it is $200 in the UK, the professors will talk to you in the hole, no patient privacy, I can`t Imagine how awful the experience was.

I went to pediatric department due to an emergency. Receptionnist could not speak engish (no problem with that). However she refuse to call translator and just look somewhere else when i tried to communicate with google translate. Very surprising behavior, specially in Turkey were customer service is so high. Do not go there if you are a foreigner. Other hospital will welcome you much better, specially when you pay a doctor appointement 800 TL !!

I have booked a check with a professor on 1:30 it was the only time I have so I went and the doctor offcourse asked for an MRI we set an appointment at 20:00 because it's the only time I have ...so I came 10 mints before when I walked in the main door my phone ring says in Turkish Cihaz bozuk ..the MRI system is down. ☹️ I already lift a business gothering in a far place to reach the hospital ..you told my now the mri is broken why not an hour ago it was broken at least an hour before my arrival..ok...when can u reschedule...she told me .don't know may 2 or 3 days ...I went angry. IAM out of Ankara next day. I just..got mad. That's it. I asked to cancel everything. And refund the 4,900 TL , after awhile they agree to refund the MRI and I just lost the check money 820 TL for nothing. I will go to liv hospital or guven ....and pay for a check with a doctor whenever I got time. So. ...never again. I was very disappointed by the way the handle it. Update: they didn't refund the money they said after 15 days. Thier fault ...it was not my fault their MRI is broken, i wonder if they will pay me back with interest..

I hope the management of the hospital will read this. I called April 15 at 4:00pm to ask about the check up. The person who is the English and Arabic department hang the phone on me I try to call more than 4 times I couldn't believe she hang the phone on me without talkin. I hope that person will not make to lose costumers who are English Arabic speaking people. I hope someone will take action to teach her she is paid to serve the customers and bring business to the hospital.
