Hygiene is very good in terms of cleanliness and order, but there is literally nothing for breakfast. We had to go outside and pay a lot of extra money for breakfast. After paying to stay here one expects to at least see a few varieties for breakfast.

It is mediocre, there is no possibility to drink tea and coffee in the room. It is October. We froze in the cold of Erzurum, but the natural gas does not burn, there is no heating, there is no air conditioning, the children are sick ? the level of cleanliness is medium.

The rooms are very nice, clean and big heating was also very good, we couldn't even cover the quilt at night, it was so hot, but the breakfast was very mediocre, everything is given in the box and it is very difficult to get enough of it and there is a man waiting at the beginning of the breakfast and he is disturbing the person.

The building is new construction, healthy, convenient and clean. The staff is concerned and helpful. But I didn't like the tariff prices at all. They even demanded wages for children. (I stayed 3 nights) Thank you.

We stayed in a double room with a public personnel tariff for 120 liras. Room and general building cleanliness was good. An institution that takes care to comply with pandemic rules. Apart from breakfast it was very nice. Although it is an open buffet, the choice is very limited and the staff in the breakfast room, so to speak, is standing on your head like a zebellah, so you are afraid to buy breakfast with very little variety. For some reason, there are always 3 eggs in the egg section. I guess this is a policy they apply to make guests eat less. As someone buys eggs, they are added one by one. Even olives are served in tablets like honey and jam, so-called pandemic precaution, but tea is in one big samovar. So you pour tea from the tap that everyone touches and pours tea. It should either be served in thermos or, as in other guesthouses, people should be able to take breakfast directly to their plate as they wish.

Cheap, warm and clean. The building is new. The location is far from the city center. No dinner. Places to eat are also far away. Breakfast is bad for now due to the pandemic. Don't get the breakfast staff wrong, he's not a bad person. After the pandemic, it will get better as before. The teahouse is only for the staff to drink. On the other hand, the manager is a modest good person. The staff is caring and friendly.

We stayed 2 nights in a double room. Overall it was clean and warm. Employees are also doing their job well. The breakfast is very poor.

It's clean, affordable, the furnishings are new. We stayed in a double bedded room for 140 liras. Including breakfast.
