I have been shopping here for about 8 years. However, never again. I've been ordering over the phone for years and they were sending cheddar by courier. However, I just realized that over a certain limit on their website, it says free shipping. I just learned this. I've paid extra shipping charges for years. I said this on the phone, the lady on the phone said, "I don't have to tell you this." I was shocked. I will never shop here again from now on. Her speaking style is very bad.
