★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site iyide...16 yıldır burdayım hiç bukadar kötü bir üst yönetim görmedim. Her taraf pislik içinde , ortalık çöpten ve maskeden geçilmiyor. Güvenlik desen Allaha emanet. Nerdeyse Aylık Yüzkırk bin Tl aidat toplanıyor ama icraat yok. Ya işinizi adam gibi yapın yada bırakın gidin
 The site is good... I've been here for 16 years, I've never seen such a bad senior management. Everywhere is filthy, it is not possible to pass through garbage and masks. The security pattern is entrusted to Allah. Nearly one hundred and forty thousand TL monthly dues are collected, but there is no action. Either do your job like a man or just leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar güzel bir site bu kadar kötü olur bilemiyorum. Yaklaşık 13 yıldır bu sitede oturuyorum.
Güvenlik sıfır. Güvenlik olmasına rağmen site içerisinde bulunan okul, market, sağlık ocağı vb kurumların olmasından dolayı giren çıkan belli değil. Güvenlikçi arkadaşlar iyi niyetli olabilir ancak hiç bir olaya müdahale edemiyorlar. Böyle bir ortamda neden güvenliğe para ödenir bilmiyorum.
Site içerisindeki parklarda alkol alınmakta.
Aidatlar dan kaçak olarak yapılan site yönetim binası belediye tarafından yıkılmıştır. Buraya harcanan para boşa gitmiştir. Sorumlusu kimdir?
Bazı siteler neye dayanarak bahçeleri tel örgü ile kapatmaktadır. O zaman üst yönetime ne gerek var.
Çöp evleri etrafı pislik içinde. Site sakinleri de dolap, inşaat atıkları vb malzemeleri gelişi güzel atmaya devam etmekte.
I don't know how a site this good can be this bad. I've been on this site for about 13 years.
Security is zero. Although there is security, it is not clear whether there are schools, markets, health centers etc. in the site. Security guards may have good intentions, but they can't interfere with anything. I don't know why money is paid for security in such an environment.
Alcohol is consumed in the parks within the site.
The site management building, which was built illegally from dues, was demolished by the municipality. Money spent here is wasted. Who is responsible?
On what basis some sites close the gardens with wire mesh. Then what is the need for top management?
Garbage houses are filthy. Residents of the site continue to randomly throw away cabinets, construction waste, etc. materials.

A new migros store has been opened in a 2600 residential complex, where we have been living as a cooperative for the 17th year, since it ended as a cooperative. It has the greenest area in Ankara. It is also within walking distance of the Eryaman stadium.

Artık eskidiğini düşünüyorum bir de şu sitelerin etrafı çevrilse daha güvenilir bir yer olacak. Bir de otoparklar sokak olarak geçiyorsa o zaman niye sokakta güvenlik duruyor, buna anlam veremiyorum artık!
I can say that it is one of the most beautiful places that is easy to live in, as it contains all the basic facilities. I think it's getting old now, and if these sites were surrounded, it would be a more reliable place. And if the parking lots pass as streets, then why is there security on the street, I can't understand it anymore!
