18:00 da verilen sipariş sonraki güne öteleniyor. Bir iki sefer olsa sorun olmaz derdim ama defalarca böyle oldu. Ayrıca 444-0222 den sipariş vermemiz yerine onların bayisini arayıp sipariş vermemizi istiyorlar. Sanırım böylece keyfi davranma hakkını elde ediyorlar.
Neyse artık başka markaya geçiyorum.
I used to buy plum carboys as an old habit, but what this dealer has done has gone beyond the tolerable situation.
The order given at 18:00 is postponed to the next day. I'd say it wouldn't be a problem for a couple of times, but it happened so many times. They also want us to call their dealer instead of ordering from 444-0222. I think they get the right to be arbitrary.
Anyway, I'm moving to another brand.
