20.08.2021 tarihinde Seyit Şen Baymak bayiden almış olduğum Elegant Plus 18 BTU 177000975032101**** seri numaralı klimanın 21.08.2021 tarihinde montaj sırasında kumandanın kırık, iç ünite dış kasa plastiğinin hasarlı, eğri ve tırnaklarının oturmadığı paket açıldığında kullanım kılavuzu vs'nin olmadığını gördüm.
İç ünite dış kasa plastiği ve kumandanın değişiminin yapılacağını, kullanma kılavuzunun önemsiz olduğunu ve bana ulaştıracaklarını söylediler kabul ettim.
24.08.2021 tarihinde hasarlı parçaları değişim için gelip plastik aksamları söktüklerinde iç ızgaraların (evaporator) bir çok noktasından ciddi bir şekilde hasarlı olduğunu gözlemledim. Parça değişimlerini yaptırmayıp ürünün iadesini veya ayıpsız sıfır ürün ile değişimini istedim. Kumanda değişimi (içindeki piller ısırılıp takılmış) bir şekilde yapıldı. :)
Ürünü almış olduğum Baymak bayi Seyit Şen ısrarla hasarların normal olduğunu 10 klimadan 9 tanesinin bu şekilde olacağını bayisinin ve Baymak firmasının hiçbir şekilde iade, değişim yapmayacağını kabul edersek hasarlı parçaların garanti kapsamında onarım yapılacağını söyledi. Sıfır aldığım ürünün bir çok noktasından onarımı kabul etmeyip değişim talep ettiğim için Seyit Şen Baymak bayi fabrikaya mail atıldığını söyledi.
Fabrika ( iç ünitedeki ezik ve kırık ile beraber kumanda camının da kırık olduğu görülüyor ürün hasar almış olabilir değişim yapamayız ayrıca müşteri garantiden parça değişimi yaptırmadıysa başka bir işlem yapamayız) cevabı vermiş. GEREKLİ RESİMLER EKTE MEVCUT.
Hiç bir şekilde problemi çözmüyorlar sadece kabul edersek sıfır almış olduğum ürünün onarım yapılacağı söyleniyor. Her kuruşu haram olsun.

The Elegant Plus 18 BTU 177000975032101**** serial number air conditioner that I bought from Seyit Şen Baymak dealer on 20.08.2021 did not contain a user manual etc. I saw.
They said that the outer casing plastic of the indoor unit and the remote control would be changed, that the user manual was unimportant and they would send it to me, I accepted.
On 24.08.2021, when they came to replace the damaged parts and removed the plastic parts, I observed that the inner grilles (evaporator) were seriously damaged at many points. I did not have the parts exchanged and asked for the product to be returned or exchanged with a brand new product without any defects. The remote control (batteries in it were bitten off) was done in a way. :)
Baymak dealer Seyit Şen, from whom I bought the product, insisted that the damages were normal, 9 out of 10 air conditioners would be like this, and if we accept that the dealer and Baymak company will not make any returns or exchanges, the damaged parts will be repaired under warranty. Seyit Şen Baymak said that an e-mail was sent to the dealer factory because I did not accept the repair at many points of the product I bought new and requested replacement.
The factory replied (it is seen that the control glass is broken, along with the dents and cracks in the indoor unit. REQUIRED PICTURES ARE ATTACHED.
They do not solve the problem in any way, it is said that if we accept, the product that I bought new will be repaired. Forbidden every penny.
