Still no refund after 6months for a car that they did not deliver. It's a scam they have a been lying about refunding since august 2021

The WORST company for rent a car!!! We booked a Ford Focus in "Eren rentacar" company via CarFlexi service. When we arrived at the airport this rental company bring us different car Citroen - this is car with lower class. They are refused to give us our Ford and said that this is CarFlexi fault, not their. In the end they try to forse us to pay same money for the lower class car, get additional insurance and huge deposit without any legal agreement to return this deposit. When we asked for the legal agreement to be sure that our deposit will return back to us representative of the company cancel our rent agreement and went away.

it is the worst rental car service in turkey. When I got to the airport and the person picked me up, they told me they needed all of my details from my visa card, but if I gave them then they could withdraw as much money as they want. not only that they wanted 290 € for the “extra insurance”, which I didn't want and didn't specify in the forms. that was a joke. i then did a test drive and i noticed that the engine was making very strange noises and that made it even worse. keep your hands away from it. it is pure rip off.

We highly recommend EREN Car rental when renting a car in Goreme , Cappdocia. Smooth and swift transaction even though we've done our booking through emails only and the best thing is they upgraded our car without extra charges. The owner Mehmet was so nice he even help us with our luggage to the bus station. Highly recommended for anyone who would want to rent a car in Cappadocia

All conversation made by WhatsApp, rented car was in normal condition and delivered at time. Returned with no problem, compensated washing with fuel. Good company, was no problems at all. Thank you. Plan to deal with you again.

Booked and paid for a child car seat in advance, they brought us INFANT seat with no other choice. Had to pay to a third party to get a good seat. They are not returning money. The car itself was good. The service is ripping off money for full insurance (which is extra, we already paid for basic insurance that covers all the needs), ripping money for cleaning after you return the car in normal condition (dust from the roads on the car) and providing the car with 0(!!!) gas (enough to get to the nearest gas station if you don't get lost on the way). Totally the worst renting experience I've ever had! Avoid at all costs!

We spend 1 hour waiting and they couldn't provide the car .. they took the payment from our visa card but they couldn't take the deposit. We provided them with 6 different credit cards some local and some international with no luck. That was very very bad experience for us. We stuck at the airport 1 more hour to find a replacement in such short time. We rented similar car .. same model using one of my credit cards that this agent claimed it's not working. It was very confusing that the agent deducted the rental payment from my credit card but was not able to deduct the deposit!!! It was clear the agent is not qualified enough to handle such business, they lack the language and ability to use credit card machines. We lost a lot of our time and 50% extra cost to get replacement car last minute. Not recommended agent at all.

Terrible, dirty, wrecked car with inoperative airbags. The car interior is stained, an unpleasant smell. Outside, over 30 damage was counted! Side mirror on tape! For 8 days, 4400 Turkish liras were paid, and for this money I wanted to get a car in excellent condition and good service. Unfortunately, I could not refuse, because I made a reservation through rental cars. When returning the car, the company representative extorted money for travel on the toll road, without providing checks, 500 Turkish lira !!! Although there could not be such a value. The company is fraudulent, I do not recommend it!
