★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamidiye suyunu vermiyorlarmış. Ticaret ve siyaset ayrı kavramlardır. Thy yönetimi siyasete girsin o zaman. Ayrıca personelde son bir kaç yıldır sorun var. Diğer şirket personeli daha güler yüzlü.
They didn't give Hamidiye water. Trade and politics are separate concepts. Then let Thy administration enter politics. Also, the staff have had problems for the last few years. Other company staff were more friendly.

Due to the pandemic process, the office is open 2 hours before flight hours. Closed at other hours. Try to come with this in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of Turkish Airlines at Kayseri airport was the most rude airline staff members I have ever encountered in my life. At the boarding area one of their staff members rudely yelled at me and my family for carrying our bags into the plane because he said it was more than allowed, which would have been ok had they told us at the check-in counter so we would have the opportunity to check them in, but they told us right before getting on the plane with a horrible attitude and he forced us to throw our things away then he complained that we were bothering him by giving him "our trash". His attitude with us was as if we were animals that he had no respect for.
