Then they never take care of the problems you have after selling. According to consumer rights, we should be able to return every product within 30 days, but Yataş brand has made up its own laws. ATTENTION, they can sell you a concreted bed as a medium hard bed. Then when you have pain all over you, it's not their problem, you can just stay in the middle with the 4350 TL you gave and a huge bed like an elephant. In my opinion, prefer brands that think of their customers after selling the product. THE BRAND IS JUST A SCAM..

At the beginning of July 2020, we bought a corner set from "ayaş yol enza home". Although we said that our situation is very urgent since we do not have a seat at home, they said that the shipment will be made in the first week of August 2020. We accepted it and as a matter of fact, the corner team came on August 6, 2020, when it came, the back of the rest module was broken due to the fact that it fell to the ground, we had to convince the friends that the seat was broken first because they thought about the model for a few minutes. Although it is very clear in the photo I attached, they would even leave that seat if I accepted. While carrying the seat, they created a 1 meter deep scratch on the newly built wooden floor of the house, and the scratch was formed in a place where everyone could see it. When they said that we did not accept this situation, we wanted a replacement of the seat, they took the seat and went, and they said that they would bring the new seat within 1 week and 15 days at the latest, as they caused serious damage to our house. Today they called from "Ayaş road enza home" on 8.8.2020 and they said that the delivery will be by the 15th of September, so although we told the urgency of the situation, they forced us to wait for seats for 2.5 months due to their own mistakes. Absolutely, but I definitely do not recommend "enza home", it is not acceptable for them to damage my house and make us such a victim for the seat I have paid for in advance. Because, before I experienced these events, I bought a cupboard from there, they said that it would come with the sofa, however, it is not the cupboard that comes with the sofa and it is unknown when it will come. Moreover, my damage caused by the ground is still not compensated. Despite the negative comments, we thought that it is institutional and we will not have any problems, but it is not, even the worst place would probably make us less aggrieved. I hope everyone reads this comment before buying, they will stop buying the item they will buy from enza home and they will not experience the victimization we experience.
