I definitely do not recommend you to shop, we have to unite as consumers against tradesmen with such a mentality.

I went twice. In the first one, it was a period when the stores opened in a controlled manner during the pandemic process. I was with my daughter and had a friend with me. Employees made a speech with an imperative saying that the child was scolding out. There is no distance meter, disinfectant, or thermometer in the store. One of the businesses that takes the measure by scolding the customer.

We entered Düzce Encici store on 17.05.2021 at 17.30 to buy laundry. There was an overweight 30-year-old employee wearing a headscarf. He was chatting with his friend. Since my mother couldn't read the label without glasses, she snapped saying that it is written on it when asked for the price. I asked for help as I was going to ask something about the product I was going to buy. He said I have customers, but he was chatting with his hands on his waist. When we told the lady at the cash register the situation, she was worse than finding her friend right and firing us. I will complain about this disrespect wherever necessary. I don't understand why they pay a salary to an employee who will not help customers.
