★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ilgilendik , evet çok güzel proje ama aidat çok yüksek , 2+1 dairenin bile şu an 500 TL deniyor + bir de ortak alan giderleri varmış, onlarla birlikte kimbilir ne kadar oluyor? Nerdeyse kendi evinizde kira öder gibi......
interested, yes very nice project, but the dues are very high, even 2 + 1 apartment is currently called 500 TL + a common area expenses there, who knows how much with them? Almost like paying rent in your own home ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ay önce taşındım evin site yönetimi tarafından yapılması gereken tadilatlar hala bitmedi, bitmiyor. 2 günlük iş diye diye 2 ay oldu. Aidat giderler vs çok çok çok fazla. Çok daha lüks yerlerde yaşadım böyle az hizmetle çok para alındığını ilk kez gördüm. Sitenin sosyal alanı neredeyse yok.
I moved 2 months ago, the renovations to be done by the site management of the house are still not finished, they are not. It's been 2 months because it's a 2 day job. Fees etc. are very very very high. I've lived in much more luxurious places, it's the first time I've seen so much money being taken with such little service. The site has almost no social area.
