I went by researching for the wheel alignment. The steering wheel was crooked even though I had wheel alignment done in two other places. When the wheel adjustment was made here, I realized that the previous ones were made sloppy. Care is taken to adjust the steering wheel straight, even if you don't say it. Good luck with your hands.
