Nothing bad about this hotel I can not say , we all enjoyed it. According to the family quiet, calm and cozy. But we ate in the cafe next door. Since the variety and taste of this hotel can not be proud :)

Highly recommend to visit hamam in the hotel. Massage master Lyuba is friendly, and kind, and professional. Good place to relax, especially if you have just arrived and want to get rest after a long flight.

Ok for this price, although you should not wait anything special. Food is mostly green vegetables, 2 different types of hot meals usually chicken, and watermelon and oranges from fruits. The food was enough for me and my family, but if you eat lots of food and used to a big variety, which is the case in 5 star hotel you might stay hungry. I did not like the queues for hot meal, they were quite long. Nice food ends quickly, so you have to hurry to catch up a good meal. There is almost no animation. They a have a schedule of animation but the only animation I have seen is kids disco, which was once in 2 days, although it should be on a daily basis. Absence of animation was not a problem for us, as we spent the whole day on the beach and would come to the hotel for eating and sleeping. In the evenings we liked to walk in the village. Cleaning is a problem. Rooms should be cleaned once in two days, but today is a 3rd day and our room was not cleaned yet. We did not had a poster that you usually put on the door to show that you need cleaning and administration told us we do not need one as the rooms will be cleaned on a regular basis. You also better bring your own shampoo and soap. Drinks are not good, you better buy them outside. Bottled water is not provided. You have to pay for safe and wifi. Wifi is 5$ per week but signal is very low. You have to go out of the room to send messages or call someone.

It was great time of staying in thia place. We really enjoyed it. Thanks to great always smiling barmen Mustafa for the super coctails all time, nice humor and good mood :) my kid still remembers his non-alcoholic coctails. Only one minus in hotel - zero animation :) but the staff dancings were amazing for sure! :)
