★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ege grup firmasının batıkent yapmış olduğu konutlardan birisinde oturuyorum. Firma ses yalıtımı konusunda çok kalitesiz malzeme kullanmış. Konut iç duvarları gaz beton ile örülmüş olmalı duvarlara ufak temasta evin her konumuna ses dağılıyor. İç duvarlarda yüzeyine sıva alçı dahi yapılmamış gibi. Yan komşu duvarları yapılırken hiç ama hiç özen gösterilmemiş. Yan taraf çekirdek çitlesin onun sesi geliyor. Ege grup tercih edeceğiniz firma OLMASIN.....
I live in one of the residences built by Ege Group company in Batıkent. The company used very poor quality materials in sound insulation. The interior walls of the residence should be covered with aerated concrete. Sound is dispersed to every position of the house in small contact with the walls. Even plaster on the surface of interior walls is not even made. No, but no care was taken while the adjacent walls were built. The kernel is fenced, its sound is coming. Ege group should NOT be your preferred company .....
