I just want to make one positive criticism and that is; I wish there was a larger place, it seems a little small for this quality ? Rude diced and rude chicken are successful; however, I find it insufficient in salads and garnishes. There is a spicy onion salad that fails for those who do not like bitter. I gave it 3 stars for the speed of service. He gives the liver out of a skewer on paper. It's like saying let it eat and go as soon as possible. When the liver is removed from the skewer, it cools quickly. People ask if you have never eaten liver in Diyarbakır. I went 4 times, there is no plus other than the speed of service.

They have options such as kebabs, lamb, chicken and liver skewers and beyti. There are no lahmacun and pita options. In general, everything is delicious, you can experiment by taking half a portion. Chicken and lamb skewers have seasoned and unseasoned options, and the seasoned ones have a slightly bitter and salty sauce. Portions are around 45 TL. Onion salad, salad, buttermilk and grilled peppers are served. The tomato and cucumber used in the salad has no taste in winter, I think the content of the salad should change during the winter months. Plain kebab is very good some days and standard some days. Employees did not recommend tomato and eggplant kebab as it is not delicious out of season. I can make a criticism over lavash. Cold lavash comes to the table, only a small piece of hot lavash is under the kebab, even if they bring the lavash hot, it is inedible. In the photo, there is a portion of plain kebab and half a portion of raw cubed meat.

The service in the Eastern Turkish restaurant is particularly good and warm to people. The barbecue is especially delicious.
