★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17/07/2021 tarihinde bebeğimin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamaya Sivas e bebek mağazasına gittim.çalışanları ilgisizlik ve işlerini sevmediklerinden dolayı galiba görevli gibi davranmayıp sorduğun sorulara cevap bile vermiyorlar kasada ödeme yaparken kucağımda çocuk elimde poşet görevli usulen dahi yardım etmedi ve teklif bile etmedi mağazanızda müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir kavram var mı?????
I went to the baby store in Sivas to meet my baby's needs on 17/07/2021. I think the employees don't act like an employee because they don't like their job and their indifference and they don't even answer your questions at the checkout. While paying at the checkout, the child in my lap and the bag in my hand did not even help and did not even offer customer satisfaction in your store. Is there a concept??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığım ürünü iade etmeye gittiğimde hiç hoş tavırlarla karşılaşmadım. Ürün iadesinde kredi kartı slipini istediler. Elimizde olmadığını duyunca yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Satarken gayet güzel satıyorlar iade için fatura yeterli olacağını söylüyorlar sonrasında bizim personelimiz size bilgisini vermiştir slipin gerekli olduğunu diyorlar. Kendisini oranın müdürü olarak tanıtan uzun saçlı şahıs çok ukala personelini kendisini eğittiğini söylüyor fakat bilgi verilmediğini söylediğimiz de hatalarını kabul etmiyorlar bilgi vermekle mükellefler diyor. Personeli getir soralım bakalım dediğimizde mesaisi yok şuan deyip baştan savıyor. Beş kuruş etmez markanın adını kirletiyor böyle insanlar.
