Firmaya gönderdim, tekrar jump firmasına göndermeden baha olduğu gibi geri göndermişler.
I bought shoes from this company on Trendyol. There was a problem with the product. They misdirected me and sent me to the manufacturer. Then they said it has to be sent by us as per the procedure, there was a misunderstanding, send it to us.
I sent it to the company, they sent it back as it was, without sending it to the jump company again.
