★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatay Usulü tavuk dürüm yapan bir işletmedir, standart dürüme (11 ₺) gramaj olarak çok az döner konulmaktadır. Zurna dürümde (14 ₺) içerisindeki döner miktarını belirgin şekilde hissedebiliyorsunuz. Mekan yenilenmiş, görsel açıdan temiz duruyor fakat içeriye yoğun duman kokusu geliyor. Turşu konulan kaselerin temizliğine özen gösterilmelidir. Kullanılan yağ markasına dikkat edilmeli (önemli bir konu!) bazen rahatsız ediyor ve dürümün son kısmında ağır bir tat bırakabiliyor. Jalapeño biber turşusu ile de servis edilebilir dürümler, çünkü Hatay Soslu Döner ile birbirine yakışıyorlar. Dürüm fiyatları bölgedeki dönercilere göre yüksektir, içeceklerin fiyatıda haddinden fazla yüksektir. ?? (Haziran 2021’e ait Fiyatlardır)
Hatay Style is a company that makes chicken rolls, very little doner is placed in standard rolls (11 ₺). You can clearly feel the amount of doner kebab in Zurna wrap (14 ₺). The place has been renovated and looks clean visually, but there is an intense smell of smoke inside. Care should be taken to clean the bowls in which pickles are placed. Attention should be paid to the brand of oil used (an important issue!), it is sometimes uncomfortable and can leave a heavy taste in the last part of the wrap. Wraps can also be served with pickled jalapeño peppers, because they go well with Doner with Hatay Sauce. Dürüm prices are higher than the doner shops in the region, and the prices of drinks are too high. ?? (Prices for June 2021)
