★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizim Toptan mağazasının sitesinden bebek şampuanı aldım 12 gündür gelmeyince kargo takibine baktım. Mağaza kendi ayarında bir kargo firmasıyla (MNG ile) yollamış ürünü. Adres olarak her halükarda açık olan iş yerimi belirttim. Bu sözde kargo firması ne hikmetse 24 saat açık olan resmi bir kuruma ulaşamamış ve kargo iptal edilmiş. Mağazayı aradım tekrar sipariş verin diyor. Mağduriyetimi giderme konusunda en ufak bir geri dönüşleri yok, çok sorumsuz ve ilgisizler.
Bu yorumu şikayetvar sitesinde paylaştım ve bir ilgili dönüp de hatamızı nasıl telafi edebiliriz diye sormadı bile. Müşterinin hiç bir değeri yok gözlerinde.
I bought baby shampoo from the website of Bizim Toptan. After 12 days, I checked the cargo tracking. The store sent the product with a cargo company (MNG) of its own size. As the address, I specified my workplace, which is open in any case. For some reason, this so-called cargo company could not reach an official institution that was open 24 hours a day, and the cargo was cancelled. I called the store and it says to order again. They don't have the slightest feedback on resolving my grievance, they are very irresponsible and disinterested.
I shared this comment on the complaint site and a person did not even ask how we can make up for our mistake. The customer has no value in their eyes.
