They even allow customers to smoke indoors even though it is technically illegal. When I pointed this out the staff told me that the windows being open was "enough".
The food was nice with a good variety. It seems like a nice place to have a drink as well. Prices were reasonable but not that cheap. If you appreciate the view, don't mind the smoke and rude staff, you'll have a good time.
