★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kibar ve ilgililer. Özellikle çay kahve ikramı yapan hanımefendi çok nazik ve ilgili. Televizyon ve sınırsız ikram ve ücretsiz WiFi varken burada yatıp kalkabilirim. :)
They are very kind and involved. Especially the lady who serves tea and coffee is very kind and concerned. I can sleep in here with TV and unlimited treats and free WiFi. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yedek parça aldım faturamı e-fatura olarak gönderileceğini söyleyen EKCANLAR OPEL Servisi. 10 gündür fatura göndermiyor. 10 defa aradım 10 defa mail adresimi verdim. Gönderiyoruz diyorlar ama göndermiyorlar. Bir kurum bir mail de nasıl bukadar zorlanıyor yada beceremiyor anlamıyorum. Yoksa fatura mı kesmiyor mu diye düşünüyor insan.
I bought spare parts from EKCANLAR OPEL Service, who said that my invoice would be sent as an e-invoice. He hasn't sent an invoice for 10 days. I called 10 times and gave my email address 10 times. They say they are sending but they are not sending. I don't understand how an institution has such a hard time with an e-mail or can't do it. Or one wonders whether it is billing or not.
