Quiet accommodation away from the noise of the city

We stayed in the guesthouse in the summer of 2021. A clean and peaceful place. Mr. Suat is a very helpful and polite employee. Thank you to him.

It's a small and old place, it's neglected, the heaters turn off at night, the air conditioners don't work, it's definitely not a place to stay

Unfortunately, it was not possible to stay peacefully in this guesthouse, which you reach after passing through dark roads and construction machines in the back streets of the city. It has a neglected, makeshift building and rooms with old furniture. They turn off the heating on this winter day at 11 am, that's how it was done! Our air conditioner wasn't working either, luckily, we froze all night. It's a two storey building, our room was on the ground floor, felt unsafe personally, the window faces the road directly. What is possible to sleep peacefully? Also, our room was an idle room next to the warehouse, it is not clear who will pass in front of the room. If you leave the tap open for 15 minutes, hot water comes and there is no hair dryer. It was not a guesthouse befitting a government institution. I've stayed in many guesthouses before, I've never seen one like this. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Although the furniture in the rooms is new, the rooms are quite small. Although it is considered normal to be small because it is a single room, there is not even a mini fridge and a spacious area cannot be offered in the room. Due to the small size of the room, there is a view of the items side by side and on top of each other. Although the furniture is new, the bathroom is not that new. There is no breakfast facility. Having a quiet environment is an advantage.
