Yeşilliği, çocuk oyun alanı, kapalı ve açık oto parkı, sitenin temizliği, güvenlik personelinin dikkatli ve özverili çalışmaları site yönetimi ile çalışanlarının özverili çalışmaları güzel. Bunların yanısıra olması gereken spor alanı olarak sadece gençlere değil orta ve ileri yaşta site sakinlerinin kondüsyonlarını artırmaları için spor alanlarının yapılması şart. Birde çok önemli bir konu otobandan gelen ses gerçekten çok rahatsız edicidir. Bu konuyu Emlakkent'tin çözmesi gerekir.
A complete living space is the perfect place for retirees. Greenery, children's playground, indoor and outdoor car park, cleaning of the site, careful and self-sacrificing work of the security personnel, and the devoted work of the employees are good. In addition to these, sports fields should be constructed not only for young people but also for the residents of middle and old age to increase their condition. Another very important issue is the noise coming from the highway is really disturbing. Emlakkent needs to resolve this issue.

It's a nice site where security is taken very seriously. I don't live there, I don't know if the management is good.
