Bazamızı istediğimiz ölçüden farklı getirdiler bikaç gün içinde değişim yapılacak denildi ve 1 aydan fazladır sürekli oyalanıyoruz,biz sizi arayacağız bilgi bekliyoruz deniliyor ama kimse geri dönmüyor ve olacağına dair bilgi bile verilmiyor.Üstelik bayi ve servis olarak telefonlarımıza da bakılmıyor artık.müşteri hizmetleriyle görüşebiliyoruz sadece onlarda bilgi alınıp dönülecek diyor sadece ötesi yok hala beklemekteyiz.Yeni evli çiftiz,yeni ev kurduk ve yatak odamızı kullanamıyoruz. Yanlış ürün getirmeden öncesinde de komidinin bir tanesi eksik olmuş diyerek bir ay da öyle tamamlanmasını beklemiştik.
Kiminle iletişime geçip bu işi nasıl çözeceğimizi bilmiyoruz şu anda?Mağdur edildik!
Galiba tüketici haklarına kadar gidecek bu mesele. Sakın almayın hele ki bu şubeye asla girmeyin derim.

They brought us some different than we wanted to change in a few days and said to be made more than 1 month and constantly lingering, we will call you, we are waiting for information is called, but no one is not coming back and will not be given information about the service as a dealer and service. information is to be taken back to just say no more still waiting.we are married couple, we have established a new house and can not use our bedroom. Before bringing the wrong product, one of the nightstand was missing and we expected it to be completed in a month.
We don't know who to contact and figure out how to solve this right now?
I think it's going to go as far as consumer rights. I don't think you should ever go to this branch.
I have nothing to say about product quality, but the sales shop and customer service are disgraceful!
